Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Cannabis Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Normal Butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups bananas

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 330 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together cannabis buttrt normal butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Also Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
  • Serve the Cannabis Banana Bread

    This was an easy recipe to follow. Tasted great boyfriend loved it and couldn’t stop eating it. will have to double up next batch. Thanks for sharing.

    I made this recipe. It came out great although I didn’t do 1/4 cup canna butter to 1/4 cup regular butter but 1/3 cup of canna butter only. I also had to cook it longer than stated approximately a half hour longer until the toothpick came out clean. You probably should add to lightly flour the pan along with the lightly greasing. I only used 1 1/2 cup of bananas and it tasted very good. I would like to stress the importance of making sure canna butter is room temperature.

      I like to explore all options. Some recipes I have found work great with coconut oil .Any time using coconut oil , I add 2 tbs of canola oil . I prefer canna butter. But meant to try coconut oil & cannabutter.
