Vegan Cannabis Cookie Recipe

Cannabis cookies recipe with chocolate chip and marijuana leaf

Vegan Cannabis Cookie Recipe

In a world where everything is based on diets and eating, why not enjoy a healthy cannabis treat? Today we are making A Vegan Cannabutter Cookie Recipe.

Chewy, gooey and on the high-caloric scale? It’s doesn’t weigh too much so have two or three cookies at least!

Cannabis oil makes everything wonderful, and a little goes a long way!

I like to whip up large batches of it and then freeze them in ice cube trays and cover.

One cube is approximately equal to a tbsp – so voila! Easy peasy!

Before we get baking, we’ll need a few things at the grocery store:

Ingredient List

  • Infused cannabis oil
  • light brown sugar, packed
  • vanilla extract
  • almond milk
  • unsweetened applesauce
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • vegan chocolate chips

The secret to making the best cookies on earth besides having cannabis in them is to underbake them by a few minutes, and then remove them from the oven.

That’s how they get chewy and perfect!

Remember to always label your edibles in case you have little ones around. These cookies will be hard to resist, so label them and avoid any problems!
