Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Canna-butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup all- purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Your choice of
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate, white chocolate, caramel

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 8×8 inch pan.
  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan on stove top. Remove from heat.
  • Pour melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Sift dry ingredients together cocoa, salt, baking powder, and flour into the bowl with butter mixture. Mix batter well.
  • * Optional, Add chocolate, white chocolate, peanut butter chips, walnuts or fudge to or on top of batter.
  • Pour batter into pan, spread evenly. Cook for 30 minutes or stick a toothpick into center to be sure it comes out clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool. Cut into 9 squares.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 oz. lime Jello or 4 sheets of Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup Corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sunflower lecithin
  • 1/4 cup canna-coconut oil
  • Large sheet of parchment paper for cutting

Instructions

  • Add gelatin to 1/4 cup of water, set aside to bloom/ soften. ( skip if using jello)
  • Dissolve corn syrup into 1/2 cup water in medium pot.
  • Add lime jello and turn heat to medium until mixture reaches a boil.
  • Turn heat down to low, allow to simmer several minutes.
  • Stir in sunflower lecithin.
  • Slowly stir in the gelatin mixtures that you set aside (#1) and allow it to dissolve in simmering pot. In case you don’t use gelatin, use the jello mix.
  • Add canna-coconut oil/ your (THC/CBD). Mix well. Try not to create bubbles.
  • Poor into your candy rope molds and let it cool.

4. Cannabis Salted Caramel Chocolate

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Using the double boiler method, place half the chocolate and all the cannabis butter and melt it together.
  • When the chocolate reached 45C. Take it off the heat.
  • Slowly add the rest of the chocolate and continue to let it melt untill chocolate is 32C.
  • Pour the chocolate in your chocolate mould untill completely filled. Now, pour out all chocolate back in your bowl. This will create a hollow shell.
  • By now, their should be a nice thin layer of chocolate that completelt coveres the mould.
  • Put your mould in the fridge and let it set untill harden.
  • Take your premade or bought caramel sauce.
  • Take the chocolate mould out of the fridge and fill the mould with caramel sauce.
  • Remelt the chocolate in the same steps you did at the beginning. And completely cover the moulds with chocolate.
  • Let harden in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
  • Take chocolates out of the mould and enjoy your cannabis chocolates.

5. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup Canna-coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 24 oz milk chocolate
  • 2 tbs Canna-coconut oil for chocolate

Instructions

  • Line tin mini-muffin pan with paper liners.
  • In a small bowl together the peanut butter, Canna-coconut oil and salt together until smooth. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Using a double boiler, melt chocolate and canna-coconut oil and mix well. Turn off heat. Drop 1 or 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into the bottom of each lining. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Using a melon ball scooper, scoop out a ball of peanut butter, roll in ball. Gently flatten with hands and place on top of each layer of chocolate. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Scoop a second 1 or 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter of each liner. Place in the refrigerator another 30 minutes.
  • Serve cold or room temperature.
