Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Softened Cannabis Butter
- 1/2 Cup Softened Normal Butter
- 4-5 tbsp peanut butter optional
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- One Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- Also 1 Egg yolk
- 2 Cups M& M's OR Chocolate Chips Or Both!
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the Cannabis butter, Normal butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy.
- Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Stir in the M&M's & chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon.
- Using your hands, roll dough into a big ball and flatten to the large monster size you want, and place onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for around 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are lightly toasted. Cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Keep a close eye on the cookie as some ovens are different and bake faster OR slower.
