Italian Amaretti Cookies With Cannabutter

Ingredients
Cookies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup cannabis oil
- 1 bottle pure almond extract
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 3 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, using a whisk, beat the eggs.
- Slowly add in both white and brown sugar. Whisk.
- Next, add in the cannabis oil. Whisk.
- Add in Almond extract, ground almonds, flour and caco, finally the baking powder. Use a spatula to fold all ingredients.
- Use your hands, form small balls, roll in sugar.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for -10 minutes.
