Weed Pizza Roses

Delicious little pastry-weed-pizzas in the shape of roses

Equipment

  • muffin or cupcake liners
  • Muffin Pan
  • Pastry Brush
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 can pasta sauce
  • 1 cup fresh grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg pepperoni go for a large package or container, or purchase your own and slice it thin.
  • 4-5 tbsp cannabis oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Cut your puff pastry into stripes about 2 inches wide. You can use a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
  • Onto each stripe, spread a few spoons of pasta sauce, add grated mozzarella, and layer with pepperoni.
  • Repeat for every puff pastry stripe. Roll each stripe up into a 'rose' and place in a muffin tin.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 F.
