In a large bowl, mix together Cannabis-infused cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, dill, pickle juice, garlic powder and paprika until combined, then season with salt and pepper.
Form mixture into one large ball by rolling tightly. When the mixture gets stuck to your hands, dip it in a small bowl of cold water and begin rolling again.
Make the cheeseball topping: In a shallow bowl or plate.
Roll cheeseball in the mixture until fully coated and serve with fancy, fun and creative bread, crackers and breadsticks.
Note: You can wrap this up in plastic wrap, or in a sealtight container in the fridge - but take it out at least an hour before serving so it's easy to spread and enjoy!
