Best Dill Pickle Cheeseball Recipe With Cannabis

Equipment

  • Cheese Spreader
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Small bowl for cold water

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cannabis-Infused cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped *fresh * dill
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 dash salt 'n' pepper-each I love Himalayan salt.

CHEESEBALL TOPPING

  • 10 slices bacon cooked and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill

CHEESEBALL TOPPING #2 ( a second option)

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together Cannabis-infused cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, dill, pickle juice, garlic powder and paprika until combined, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Form mixture into one large ball by rolling tightly. When the mixture gets stuck to your hands, dip it in a small bowl of cold water and begin rolling again.
  • Make the cheeseball topping: In a shallow bowl or plate.
  • Roll cheeseball in the mixture until fully coated and serve with fancy, fun and creative bread, crackers and breadsticks.
  • Note: You can wrap this up in plastic wrap, or in a sealtight container in the fridge - but take it out at least an hour before serving so it's easy to spread and enjoy!
