Salted Caramel & Cannabis Mocha Latte

Equipment

  • Milk Frother or hand mixer
  • Coffee pot
  • Kettle
  • Coffee Cup
  • Bowl
  • Blender
  • Sauce pan and whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp  caramel ice cream topping + 1 teaspoon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt + a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Cannabis sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot chocolate mix (or chocolate syrup)
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee You can use CBD Coffee here if you like, or regular brewed coffee.
  • 2 tbsp Cannabis Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Mix together the sugar and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Set aside.
  • Heat the milk, 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, the hot chocolate mix (or chocolate syrup), and pinch sea salt until hot. Do not let the milk come to a boil. Whisk liberally and slowly.
  • In the meantime, while keeping a close eye on your milk mixture, brew a fresh pot of coffee.
  • Pour into a blender or use an automatic milk frother to froth the milk. Pour into a cup
  • Top with your Cannabis Whipped Cream and drizzle with extra caramel topping. Sprinkle with the sugar/sea salt mixture. YUM!
