Best Creamy Cannabis-Parm Tomato Soup

Creamy Tomato Soup With Cannabutter - YUM!

  • Large Soup Pot
  • Cutting Board

  • 4 tbsp cannabutter leave a tablespoon on the side
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 4 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 4 cups cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesean
  • 3 cup spinach
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp fresh basil for garnishing


  • In a large pot over medium heat, melt your cannabutter. Add onion and cook until the onions look clear, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more and dont .burn them !
    Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and flour and whisk to combine. Cook 1 more minute.
  • Add your broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, and tortellini.
    Bring to a boil, and then simmer until tortellini is cooked, about 10 minutes.
  • Add the cream and Parmesan and stir to combine. Add spinach and cook it until it's wilted.
    Then season with your dash of salt and pepper.
    Garnish with basil and serve. You can omit this step too if you're not a basil fan!
  • This is where you can add your tablespoon of leftover cannabutter to the top of your soup as a garnish. Stir it in and enjoy the creamy goodness!
