Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • cooking pot - medium sized
  • Whisk
  • Stove
  • ovenproof dish

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen french fries
  • 1 cup cheese curds
  • 1 dash salt himalayan is best

GRAVY

  • 8 tbsp Cannabis butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 dash freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the frozen french fries according to the directions on the package.
  • Keep the oven on once they are cooked - you'll need to use it again in a minute
  • Melt cannabutter over low heat in a pot. Once the butter is melted, add in the pepper & whisk to combine. Slowly add in your flour while constantly whisking. It should be thick.
  • Slowly pour the chicken & beef broth into the mixture while whisking constantly. Continue whisking until it is smooth and consistent. This could take a few minutes, be patient.
  • Toss the hot french fries with cheese in an ovenproof dish. Pour gravy on top and put them back in the oven for two minutes to let the cheese melt. More gravy means it may be more liquid - so pour over just enough to make it taste great!
  • Once about 2 minutes are up and the cheese is melted, pull out the dish, let cool for just a few minutes and place into a bowl to enjoy. Eat with a fork like the Canadian-French do!
