Pour the fresh apple cider into the slow cooker.
Add the cinnamon sticks, apple slices and cloves in the cooker with the apple cider.
Dump the remaining spices into the middle of a sheet of cheesecloth, use an elastic to envelop the spices so that they can't escape!
Drop the cheesecloth spice bag into the slow cooker and set it to medium heat.
Once the liquid reaches a boil you can mix the tincture and brown sugar together in a separate bowl, then add it to the mixture.
Cook all the ingredients together in the slow cooker for one-two hours.
Remove the cheesecloth spices package from the liquid and gently squeeze out the liquid before tossing it into the trash.
Set the slow cooker to its lowest setting to keep the freshly made apple cider steaming hot and ready to enjoy for the rest of the day, and remember - the rule with weed edibles is low and slow, and wait 2 hours in between!
