Cannabis Infused Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Pound Gruyere cheese
  • 1/3 Pound fontina
  • 1/3 Pound Gouda
  • 1/4 Cup Cannabis oil
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup Dry white wine
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Brandy
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Start with Grating all of the cheeses. In a bowl, combine the cheeses with the cornstarch, tossing thoroughly to coat all pieces.
  • In a fondue pot or large heavy saucepan, bring the wine, garlic, and lemon juice to a simmer over medium-low heat.
  • Slowly add the cheeses to the simmering liquid a little at a time, stirring well between each addition to ensure a smooth fondue. Once smooth, stir in the brandy, mustard, and cannabis oil.
  • Get some bite size dipping foods ready such as bread pieces, Cooked potatoes or other vegetables. Serve with the fondue forks or wooden skewers. Dip and enjoy the ride!
