Weed Pizza Roses
Today we’re making beautiful and easy Weed Pizza Roses!
A new take on a simple but comforting Italian meal – pizza roses are gorgeous and gobble-worthy.
Your guests or partner will definitely think that you’ve slaved in the hot kitchen all day, but this little recipe takes less than 30 to make.
Yes, seriously!
Ingredients List:
Puffed pastry – 1 sheet Your favourite pasta sauce Cannabis oil Your favourite cheese – I suggest mozzarella Pepperoni ( if you like, and I hope you like!) Best served with your besties, coupled with a nice glass of vino!
How To Make Cannabis Oil
For this recipe, we’re going to brush the inside of the puffed pastry, as well as the outside with cannabis oil.
If you haven’t made it before, you’re going to do so, and once you have it on hand, there’s no stopping what you can create in your cannabis kitchen!

1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 1 Cup Olive Oil Decarb your herb by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
Place in the oven on 240F/115C 45 minutes, and then let it cool down.
Grind your cannabis or chop it in chunks.
Place the cannabis buds in a strong mason jar, add olive oil and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)
Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
TIP: U can also add other herbs such as Thyme, rosemary etc for an extra flavor.
Strain through Cheesecloth.
Let it cool
Now you can use the Cannabis Oil to make edibles or to cook with the oil

Will I Get High?
Everyone reacts to edibles differently, but for the most part, if you’re using THC-based cannabis in your oil, then yes, you will get high.
Edibles normally take a few hours to ‘kick in’ so if you’re planning on going out afterward, but not sure how you will react after eating pizza roses, best to stay home!

Weed Pizza Roses – The Recipe
Delicious little pastry-weed-pizzas in the shape of roses

1 sheet puff pastry 1 can pasta sauce 1 cup fresh grated mozzarella cheese 1 pkg pepperoni go for a large package or container, or purchase your own and slice it thin. 4-5 tbsp cannabis oil Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cut your puff pastry into stripes about 2 inches wide. You can use a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Onto each stripe, spread a few spoons of pasta sauce, add grated mozzarella, and layer with pepperoni.
Repeat for every puff pastry stripe. Roll each stripe up into a 'rose' and place in a muffin tin.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 F.
