Berry Filling: Whisk the cornstarch and water together until all the cornstarch has dissolved. Make sure you use cold water, not hot. Put the cornstarch mixture, berries, maple syrup, and sugar of choice in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Using a rubber spatula, stir the mixture as it cooks. Stir constantly. After 2 minutes, remove pan from the heat and allow to cool completely. Don't worry! The mixture will thicken as it cools.
Next, preheat oven to 350°F. Line the bottom and sides of an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
Next, we'll make the crust/streusel: Pulse the oats in a food processor or blender until they’re slightly broken up. Pour into a bowl and stir in the cinnamon, almond butter, maple syrup, applesauce, and cannabis coconut oil. Mixture will be thick and wet – exactly what you want!
Put the mixture into the prepare pan, using the spatula flatten it down. Make sure it’s flat and very compact, which helps guarantee the bars will hold their shape. Then, you can spread cooled berry filling evenly on top.
For Your Topping: Mix the sliced almonds into the remaining crust/streusel mixture. Sprinkle all over the top of the berry filling. Sprinkle oats evenly on top. (Helps soak up some moisture.)
Bake for 27-31 minutes or until the topping is lightly browned. Remove from the oven and place baking pan on a cooling rack. Allow bars to cool completely. Cut into squares.
It’s fun to make, and more fun to say three times fast! (dare you to try it out loud, right now, wherever you are!)

How Do I Make Weed Edibles Properly?
Cannabis is the most potent of all of the controlled substances, and doing it improperly can run the risk of ruining the taste of your delicious treats!
The biggest concern that people face when making edibles is not necessarily ruining their product, but instead messing up their baking skills.
There’s a lot of science involved for most people who have never tried baking things from scratch before, so it might be intimidating to think about how many different variables are affecting the outcome.
The simpler the recipe is, the better off you’ll be because there will be less for you to mess up – especially when just starting.
Weed can be added to almost any flavour of baked good though so don’t worry if you can’t find anything out there that’s just right for your needs.
How Do I Dose For Cannabis?
A lot of people don’t really think about the difference between smoking cannabis and ingesting it until they end up with a little too much for them to handle.
Every time you consume cannabis, it’s always smart to keep in mind that a little bit goes a long way!
If you’re thinking about someone who is inexperienced with baking edibles, they’ll want to use this rule of thumb when figuring out how many milligrams they should be using in their recipes.
Dose LOW and SLOW!
Enjoy your Mother’s Day and make sure you tell her she’s dope!
