Spicy Tuna Bites With Weed

Low carb but definitely not low on flavour, today we’re whipping up some Spicy Tuna Bites With Weed.

These little bite-sized babies mimic the taste of sushi, but without all of the fuss that comes along with them.

With sesame oil, and black sesame seeds – these are filling, healthy and a perfect way to keep your diet in check!

Because cucumbers are full of natural water, I find that the best cukes for this are Field cucumbers.

To me, they’re a little drier and your toppings will stick better.

I also have a trick coming up that will help the tuna stay on top too. Read more to find out.

Tricks For These Treats:

The trick here is once you’ve sliced your cucumber, gently pat each circle with a paper towel, and let them rest on paper towels while you make your tuna mixture.

This will inherently soak up any access moisture, and help the tuna to stick and stay on.
