Snowflake & Cannabis Butter Pastry

It’s light, elegant and beautiful visually! Today we are making Snowflake & Cannabis Butter Pastry.

These weed edible treats remind me a little of Rice Krispies because you’ll be melting marshmallows with bud butter and the smell will be amazing!

In just a few short minutes, the entire mixture is made and you’ll only need to let it sit for about 1 hour, covered on the counter.

How To Make Cannabutter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

  • 1 package of your favourite mini- cookies like arrowroot.
  • 1 package of your favourite kind of nuts – I suggest pecans and walnuts.

Equipment

  • Measuring cups
  • Large Bowl
  • latex gloves
  • Spatula
  • Non stick frying pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pink marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot cookies chopped up into small chunks
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup cannabis butter

Instructions

  • Melt cannabis butter into a non-stick frying pan on medium heat Add pink marshmallows and fold together using a silicone spatula so it eventually becomes one big marshmallow.
  • Slowly add in dried strawberries and nuts and fold it into the marshmallow. Remove from heat, and using gloves (latex) hold the marshmallow mixture in your hands, and gently pull, knead, and mix everything together.
  • Put the final marshmallow mixture into a pan, and shape into a rectangle or square that is about 1 inch thick, and 1 inch high.
    Cover, and let sit for at least one hour on the counter.
  • When it's set and hard, you can cut little chunks and admire the beautiful weed edible dessert you have just created!
