Oatmeal Bud and Bake Breakfast

Want a killer breakfast or snack that delivers in taste, weed and saving time? Today we’re making Oatmeal Bud and Bake Breakfast.

What started out as a mixture of throwing whatever I had in the pantry together, quickly turned into a wonderful dish that I could eat just about any time of day.

When you’re making this, keep in mind that it’s designed for breakfast and you might want to use a strain that’s uplifting and energizing.

You can always substitute THC for CBD in this recipe but for today, we’re getting baked!

What Ingredients Do I Need?

A few simple ingredients, a whole lot of health.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1-2 bananas (ripe)
  • quick rolled oats
  • cannabutter
  • coconut oil
  • milk
  • chia seeds
  • frozen berries
  • shredded coconut
  • honey ( splurge and use cannabis-honey!)
  • yogurt of your choice ( I prefer plain, Greek yogurt)

How Do I Make Weed Butter?

The possibilities when you use cannabis butter are endless. Truly! Basically anywhere it says butter, just sub in your bud butter. Easy right?

If you’re beginning out with edibles, I always suggest making a large batch of cannabutter, and freezing it in ice cube trays.

It stays for weeks, and you can use it anytime you want with just a moment’s notice, or when the munchies strike.

Here’s how to make it, and please don’t skip the decarboxylation step – it’s 100% necessary in order to properly use the THC and get a nice breakfast buzz.
