No-Bread, Turkey BLT with Cannabutter

If you’re trying to cut out bread or carbs, this recipe is an all-time favourite! Today we’re making No-Bread, Turkey BLT with Cannabutter!

Why is it a good idea to cut out bread from time to time?

For starters, bread is carb-loaded and most people eat too many carbs.

Yeah, I know – that’s what your doctor told you, or that’s what you read online, right?

No-Bread BLTs have a little shot of protein from the turkey so they’re not going to knock you out of ketosis if that’s what you’re trying to avoid.

So if you’re like me, bread can be bloating- so this eliminates that feeling of discomfort.

And if you didn’t already know, cannabutter is also a fantastic option to add to this BLT – and when melted with cheese is absolutely irresistible!

This Recipe Calls For:

  • bacon
  • tomato
  • deli turkey
  • lettuce of your choice
  • provolone cheese
  • cannabutter
