One of the best parts is picking out the fresh bread you’re going to use to grill.

Crusty rolls are a great choice because, for the most part, the outer edges retain a nice grilled crisp, while the inside hugs all of the ingredients perfectly!

This is also a great way to get your vegetable count for the day while feeling high and mighty afterward.

What Ingredients Will I Need?

Of course, the vegetables- but know that you can substitute anything in the list or edible recipe below for what you like.

Everyone has that one vegetable that they just can’t stand – for me it’s a toss up between zuchinni or cooked cabbage.

But – for the sake of this recipe, and those who love zuchinni, I’ve included it!

  • olive oil
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • red bell peppers
  • red onion
  • fresh, crusty rolls
  • pesto
  • romaine lettuce

How To Make Cannabis Butter

A recipe on how to make cannabis butter at home. After many cannabutter recipes, we find that this is by far the best way to infuse weed with butter.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis 
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • Decarboxylate your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Grind your dry cannabis or chop it till fine.
  • Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add butter and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)(optional)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain your butter through a cheesecloth.
  • Cool down
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter)

Notes

If using a mason jar, be sure to start with cold water. Furthermore, it is imperative to let the water cool gradually so that your glass will not shatter.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper each
  • 1 1/2 tsp wine vingegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsp cannabis butter
  • 1 eggplant cut into two-inch slices
  • 1 zuchinni cut into two-inch slices
  • 2 red bell peppers cut into wedges
  • 1 red onion cut into two-inch slices
  • 4 large crusty rolls fresh
  • 4 tbsp pesto store made is great
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes sliced

Instructions

  • Light up the grill. In a large bowl, combine oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, vinegar, and oil. Add the eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, and onion and stir to coat. Grill the vegetables in batches, turning once, until lightly browned and tender, 10 to 15 minutes per batch.
  • Spread the inside of each roll with pesto and cannabis butter. Sandwich the grilled vegetables, lettuce, and tomatoes in the rolls as you like, and enjoy!
