Equipment

  • Large Bowl
  • Parchment Paper
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Hand Mixer
  • Measuring cup, spoons
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas ripe
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Cannabis Milk
  • 1/4 cup Raisins or Nuts your choice
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips no sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
Then, mix everything together in a bowl using a hand mixer or spatula – make sure the oats are completely coated and wet, do not make the mix into a liquid or over-mix it – the ingredients need to stay thick.
  • With your hands, knead the dough into a ball so that everthing is mixed together well, and you can ensure all of the ingredients have stuck together.
  • With a spoon, spoon the size of cookies you like (small or large) and roll into a ball. Then, place onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and use the back of the spoon to gently flatten the cookie just a little.
  • Make sure there is enough room in between each cookie, for them to expand.
  • Bake for 15 minutes approx, or until golden brown.
  • Yields around 24 cookies or more!
