If you’re looking for a delicious side dish for your edible dinner, then look no further. Today we’re making Goat Cheese, Pecan and Cannabis Oil Salad.

Made with arugula, a beautifully bitter leaf – that pairs perfectly with the softness and sweetness of goat cheese and the delicious crunch of pecans!

Then, to top it all off, you’re going to drizzle cannabis oil over top with a little bit of honey mustard and voila!

Easy, edible salad ready to accompany any meal you have.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Decarb your herb by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven on 240F/115C 45 minutes, and then let it cool down.
  • Grind your cannabis or chop it in chunks.
  • Place the cannabis buds in a strong mason jar, add olive oil and (1 tsp of sunflower lecithin)
  • Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
  • TIP: U can also add other herbs such as Thyme, rosemary etc for an extra flavor.
  • Strain through Cheesecloth.
  • Let it cool
  • Now you can use the Cannabis Oil to make edibles or to cook with the oil

  • pecans – halved (yes, you can get candied pecans in the store yum!)
  • cannabis oil
  • honey mustard
  • a little salt & pepper

Equipment

  • Medium -large salad bowl
  • small bowl to make the dressing
  • Whisk
  • Tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 med container of arugula washed
  • 1 med container of goat cheese crumbled
  • 5 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1/2 cup pecans or candied pecans from the grocery store

Instructions

  • Wash your arugula thouroughly, and remove all excess water.
  • Place arugula in a salad bowl, then literally throw in your goat cheese, pecans and a dash of salt & pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together cannabis oil and honey mustard.
  • Pour over the entire salad, and use tongs to coat every last bit of arugula. use the tongs gently so as not to smash the goat cheese.
  • Serve with any meal, and enjoy!
