If you’ve ever read any self-help books, you’ll know that they always suggest finding a self-care routine. Today we’re going to explore Cannabis Rituals For Wellness.
Before you start judging, this is not all about yoga.
While yoga will make an appearance, it’s not the end all and be all of all things wellness. This is coming from a lifelong yogi.
Rituals are wonderful events – they are completely intimate, sacred and can be tailor made just for you – and they don’t have to be complicated.
If you’re looking to enhance your wellness, increase mental health, focus on feeling better, and love all things cannabis then keep reading my friends!
A ritual is just something you choose to do on a regular basis that serves you, makes you feel great, and enhances your quality of life.
Doesn’t that sound good?
A great way to start is with this awesome book I found for you.
1. Cannabis Coffee Breakfast Ritual
If you’re like me, then a cup a coffee in the morning is the ticket to waking up, feeling mentally alert and starting the day.
What I’ve noticed though, is that I’ll rush to make a coffee or run to the local drive-thru, grab my cuppa, and carry on the day. It’s as if I do it blindly.
Can you relate?
What if, instead, you dedicated just 10 minutes of your morning to a beautiful coffee ritual where you:
Brew a delicious cup of coffee.
Add in your CBD oil, or Cannabis Milk/Cream.
Sit for a few minutes just taking in the sounds of the morning from wherever you are.
Breathe, wake-up, and perhaps journal, or just sit silently – no technology here.
See how this makes you feel, and begin this ritual as a part of your day and journey to becoming more balanced, and happy.
This is a a great way to start the day with my top choice for Cannabis Rituals For Wellness.
Below is a delicious Cannabis Coffee Recipe.
Learn to create a decadent Cannabis-Infused Salted Caramel Coffee. If you enjoy warm cannabis beverages, this one's for you!
In a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan stir together the sugar and water.
Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Once the mixture reaches a boil, stop stirring and allow it to boil until it turns a deep amber color. Keep a watchful eye as it happends quick.
Throughout the boiling time, you can swirl the pan gently occasionally.
As soon as the sauce has turned a dark amber color, add the cannabis butter, keeping your face away from the pan, and whisk vigorously until the butter has melted and fully combined.
Take it off the heat and quikly add the cream and keep whisking till a nice thick sauce. Add a drop of vanilla extract and your Salted Caramel Sauce is ready.
Add a tablespoon to your cup of coffee with hot milk and top off with some foamed milk and drizzle with Salted Caramel Sauce.
2. Meditation With Marijuana -Cannabis Rituals For Wellness
Meditation and weed go hand in hand. Depending on what vibe you want to prescribe during your practice, a lot of amazing things can happen for you.
Here’s where yoga makes it’s appearance.
Try this in the afternoon or evening – or even before bedtime, depending on what results you want ( better sleep, focus, creativity, etc) and do this daily for 4-5 weeks.
Roll out the dusty old yoga mat
Turn on some chill music
Grab some edibles, or smoke a strain you love
Do some downward dogs, a few warriors, and sit in contemplative meditation.
Have a journal nearby, and jot down some ideas, inspiration, thoughts, etc that you can reference again and again.
3. Cooking With Cannabis
Cooking is 100% a ritual, and happens for most people every single day – why not make cooking with cannabis one too?!
It can be a huge stress-reliever too, and a mindful way to focus on something other than the challenges you might be facing.
Plus, cooking or baking something from scratch is such a rewarding and beneficial way to enjoy cannabis, the wellness benefits, and to feel great in general.

As always, happy canna-cooking!
