Muffins are great to eat any time of the day, whether is for breakfast or as a snack and if it’s freshly made then there’s just nothing like it. There are so many ways to make muffins but infused with cannabis they truly are a delicious and healthy option for medicating. They are also perfect for on the go, too!

Cannabis Infused Cinnamon Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2  Ground Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Cannabis Oil
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Dry excess liquid from shredded zucchini with paper towels.
  3. Grease muffin pan.
  4. Combine all the dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
  5. Add beaten eggs and cannabis oil in with the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Fold the shredded zucchini into the batter.
  7. Fill each muffin unit halfway.
  8. bake for 25 minutes.
