This cannabis infused fondue really guarantees an evening of fun! It’s something you can plan ahead for the weekend, but simple enough to make on a last minute call.

What makes a cheese fondue infused with THC so great is that the high builds up slowly while enjoying it together with friends. Remember, the edible high does kick in only after 45 to 60 minutes. But you can keep the fondue warm all night while enjoying it and even light up a joint in between.

  • 1/3 Pound Gruyere cheese
  • 1/3 Pound fontina
  • 1/3 Pound Gouda
  • 1/4 Cup Cannabis oil
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup Dry white wine
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Brandy
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard


  • Start with Grating all of the cheeses. In a bowl, combine the cheeses with the cornstarch, tossing thoroughly to coat all pieces.
  • In a fondue pot or large heavy saucepan, bring the wine, garlic, and lemon juice to a simmer over medium-low heat.
  • Slowly add the cheeses to the simmering liquid a little at a time, stirring well between each addition to ensure a smooth fondue. Once smooth, stir in the brandy, mustard, and cannabis oil.
  • Get some bite size dipping foods ready such as bread pieces, Cooked potatoes or other vegetables. Serve with the fondue forks or wooden skewers. Dip and enjoy the ride!
