- 1/3 Pound Gruyere cheese
- 1/3 Pound fontina
- 1/3 Pound Gouda
- 1/4 Cup Cannabis oil
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Dry white wine
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Brandy
- 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
- Start with Grating all of the cheeses. In a bowl, combine the cheeses with the cornstarch, tossing thoroughly to coat all pieces.
- In a fondue pot or large heavy saucepan, bring the wine, garlic, and lemon juice to a simmer over medium-low heat.
- Slowly add the cheeses to the simmering liquid a little at a time, stirring well between each addition to ensure a smooth fondue. Once smooth, stir in the brandy, mustard, and cannabis oil.
- Get some bite size dipping foods ready such as bread pieces, Cooked potatoes or other vegetables. Serve with the fondue forks or wooden skewers. Dip and enjoy the ride!
